No Sales — No Telemarketing!
Straight forward "customer service". This team takes inbound calls only. The customer calls consist of general billing inquiries, payment options, and customer requests to start/stop services. A thorough classroom training program will ensure your success.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes marijuana)
- A criminal history/background check
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Computer skills/literacy (tested)
- Reliable attendance
About the Opportunity
- Training: Classroom schedules are Full-Time, 40hrs a week, Monday – Friday.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40hrs a week, work schedules will be assigned at the completion of training and fall within the business hours of 7am-7pm, Monday - Saturday (rotating Saturdays)
