Active Telesource is looking for personable customer service representatives to take inbound customer service phone calls. Whether this is your first call center position or you’ve worked in a call center for years, all are welcome!
Straight forward "customer service". This team takes inbound calls only. The customer calls consist of general billing inquiries, payment options, and customer requests to start/stop services.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history/background check
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Computer skills/literacy (tested)
- Excellent attendance history
About the Opportunity
- Training Begins: 09/03, Tuesday, 8:30am
- Wage: (DOE) $14 MIN
- Training Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40hrs a week, schedules will be assigned at the completion of training and fall within the business hours of 7am-7pm, Monday – Friday
